Terms of Service

    Effective Date: September 28, 2026

    1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using blueprintforlearningco.com (the "Site") and any courses, tools, or services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Blueprint for Learning Co. ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by adult educators and education professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase courses. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

    3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • All activity that occurs under your account
    • Notifying us promptly at support@blueprintforlearningco.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

    4. Course Access and Licensing

When you purchase a course through Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and complete the course content on blueprintforlearningco.com. This license is for your individual professional development use only.

    You may not:

    • Share your account or course access with others
    • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
    • Use course content for commercial purposes beyond your own professional development
    • Transfer or resell your course access

School or district administrators interested in group licensing should contact us at hello@blueprintforlearningco.com.

    5. Payments and Refunds

Courses may be purchased directly on blueprintforlearningco.com (processed securely by Stripe) or through Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). For purchases made through TPT, payment terms and processing are governed by TPT's terms of service. Blueprint for Learning Co. does not store your payment card information.

All sales are final. Because course access is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for course purchases, whether made directly or through TPT. If you experience issues accessing a course you have purchased, please contact us at support@blueprintforlearningco.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

    6. Relicensure Tracker

The Relicensure Tracker allows you to log professional development hours, map them to your state's required topic areas, upload certificate files, and export your records. When using the Tracker:

    • Public preview. State requirement summaries are available without an account. These summaries are provided for convenience, may not reflect the most recent legislative or licensing board changes, and are not legal advice. Always verify requirements with your state's licensing authority.
    • External PD entries. You are responsible for the accuracy of professional development entries you log from other providers. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee third-party PD.
    • Uploaded files. Certificate files you upload must be documents you have the right to possess and store. Do not upload documents containing other people's personal information without authorization.
    • Your data, your export. You may export your Tracker records (CSV or PDF) at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
    • No credit guarantee. Whether any logged hours count toward relicensure depends on your state, district, and licensing board policies.

    7. AI-Powered Tools

Certain features of the Services, such as the Differentiation Design Studio, use AI technology to generate educational planning content. When using these tools:

    • You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated content before using it in your classroom
    • AI-generated content is provided as a planning aid, not as a substitute for professional judgment
    • Do not enter any personally identifiable student information (names, ID numbers, etc.) into AI tools
    • AI tool inputs and outputs are not stored after your session ends

    8. Certificates of Completion

Upon completing all required course components — including lessons, quizzes, and reflections — you will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates reflect the professional development hours associated with the course.

Blueprint for Learning Co. provides certificates for documentation purposes. It is your responsibility to verify that the course and certificate meet your state's or district's specific requirements for relicensure or professional development credit.

    9. Intellectual Property

All content on blueprintforlearningco.com — including course materials, text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Blueprint for Learning Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any original content you create using our tools (such as lesson plans generated through the Differentiation Design Studio), but you grant us no rights to that content.

    10. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
    • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that any course will satisfy your specific state or district requirements for professional development credit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint for Learning Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of professional development credit, or inability to access course content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
